When the line stops, SIGNUM asks the operator one question: why. A PIN, a reason, restart. No login screens, no training day, no paperwork to fill in at the end of the shift. Over a week those reasons become a record of what actually costs you time, in the operator’s own words, captured while the detail is still fresh.
