Install
Every install is built for the site. We come out, walk the line and work out where the logger sits, what it needs to see and where the screens go. Then we build the SIGNUM Box for your plant: logger, power supply, cabling and, where the line needs it, a mini PC to drive the monitors. We wire it to the machines, mount the screens and train the people who’ll use it: operators, supervisors and managers, each on their own view. Nothing is left for you to configure. After go-live we check in weekly until the reasons are flowing and the reports are being read.

On the floor
Once it’s in, SIGNUM asks the operator one question when the line stops: why. A PIN, a reason, restart. The crew learns it on install day and never needs a manual again. Over a week those reasons become a record of what actually costs you time, in the operator’s own words, captured while the detail is still fresh.
Who it's for
Built for the plant with one line and no analyst.
SIGNUM was made for bagging and palletising plants, not for a data team. If your line runs a shift or two a day and the only record of what went wrong is what the operator remembers at knock-off, this is for you.
The owner or plant manager
You know the line loses time. You don't know where. SIGNUM gives you the reasons, ranked by what they cost, without walking the floor or waiting for someone to write it down.
The production supervisor
You get asked why Tuesday was short. Instead of a whiteboard and a hunch, you open the run report and point at it: three bag-film changes, one jam at the palletiser, a forty-minute wait for a forklift.
The operator
One question when the line stops, answered with a PIN and a tap. No forms, no clipboard, no blame. The record is in your words, so it says what actually happened.
Fits one line or six, any brand of bagger, robot or wrapper, whether we installed it or not. Fertiliser, seed, feed, minerals, potting mix: if it comes out in a bag, SIGNUM can watch it.
