The bagger sets the pace for everything behind it, so it’s the first thing we get right. Form-fill-seal from roll stock for high-volume powders and granules, valve or open-mouth for products that need a pre-made bag, big bag filling where the customer takes a tonne at a time.
BFO Series
Fully automatic open-mouth bagging from a magazine of premade bags. It places, fills, weighs and closes without anyone standing at the spout.
Valve bagging
Dust-free filling for powders straight into valve bags, sealed automatically. For a tidy stack and a clean floor.
FFS & big bag
Form-fill-seal from tubular or flat roll stock for the lines that never stop, and semi-automatic big bag and octabin filling when the customer takes a tonne at a time.

The rest of the range
KR 40 PA for light bags in tight spaces. KR 300, 470 and 700 PA for whole layers and heavy loads. KR 1000 titan PA when the bags are heavy or the room is cold.
Hold the load
together.
A pallet that arrives loose is a pallet you paid for twice. Stretch hooding for product stored outside or shipped rough; stretch wrapping where hooding is more than the job needs.
Stretch hooding
One film hood pulled over the load, cold, with no heat and less film than wrap. Automatic pallet size detection, one recyclable layer.
Stretch wrapping
Turntable, rotary arm or ring. Powered pre-stretch draws the film out two to three times, so the same roll wraps far more pallets.
