Built onthe right iron.
As the Kuka integrator Australia trusts for robotic palletising, we don’t build machines — we choose them. Six OEMs, each picked for one job on the line, and we’ve installed and serviced enough of each to know exactly where they earn their keep.

One partner per station.
Why these six,
and not others.
Each partner has one scope with us, and we keep to it. That’s how the line stays one system instead of six brochures.
Kuka
Their PA series is built to lift, turn and stack, all day, in a footprint that fits the floor you've already got. We're an authorised Kuka integrator, which means we spec, program and commission the cell ourselves, and we service it afterwards.
B&L BagLine
Form-fill-seal from roll stock for the lines that never stop, big bag filling when the customer takes a tonne at a time, and their own palletisers, robotic and conventional, when a line wants one supplier end to end.

Bag Automation
Open-mouth and valve baggers built around a proper dosing weigher, so every bag hits the weight it's meant to. That's where the money leaks on a bagging line, and it's the machine we put in to stop it. Their BCK44 checkweigher sits inline after the bagger.

VFB Bocedi
Stretch hooding: one film hood pulled over the pallet, cold, no heat, less film than wrap. For fertiliser, cement and anything that sits outside or travels rough. Hooding only; wrapping is Unitech's.
Unitech
Turntable, rotary arm or ring. Stretch film is their whole world, and powered pre-stretch means the same roll wraps two to three times the pallets. End-of-line conveying and accumulation too.

Anser
Date codes, batch codes and barcodes printed inline at production speed, on the bag, before it's stacked. The part of traceability nobody thinks about until an auditor does.
Not ours. Still ours to fix.
If your line was built by someone else, that’s most of the lines we service. We won’t sell you a machine you don’t need, and we know these ones well enough to keep them running.
